  • Design: Based on analytical and numerical methods as well as in-depth material expertise, the Design / Manufacturing Engineering supports customers in the concept development, design and construction of complex metallic lightweight structures and assemblies and carries out product development fully and independently in accordance with customer specifications. The overall goal is to develop a robust solutions with maximum added value for our customers in terms of lightweight, cost and quality.

  • Production: In addition to cost-efficient manufacturing processes, a high level of innovation for process automation and volume based production concepts is mandotory. HEGGEMANN offers all this from a single source, from pre-development and prototype to series production (up to 100.000 parts per year). At HEGGEMANN, proven processes such as FMEA, APQP and PPAP are used to optimize all process steps involved, thus reducing the costs of series production to a minimum and meeting the highest quality standards. Our expertise ranges from the development and production of sheet metal and welded assemblies to complete systems.

  • Testing: HEGGEMANN supports the validation of developments and the release and approval of components and ready-to-install systems. In accordance with customer requirements and statutory and standardised regulations, individual tests and complete product validations can be coordinated and carried out on behalf of the customer.
